Systemic Team Development refers to a defined group. The process includes interventions with the entire team as well as interventions at an individual level.

 Systemic Leadership Development

 
  • Noting the individual management styles

  • Recognizing commonalities and differences

  • Defining shared understanding in terms of impact

  • Checking differences regarding their impact, adjusting, recognizing their usefulness/meaningfulness

  • Defining development goals and planning their implementation

  • Developing required skills together or individually

The process of Systemic Leadership Development involves interventions with a leadership team but may also include interventions at an individual level.

Mediation

  • One-on-one interviews to capture viewpoints and perspectives

  • Joint discussion with all involved to develop solutions

  • Follow-up meeting to ensure sustainable effects

Mediation is a result-oriented process leading to a settlement all parties agree on. Those involved work out the solution personally and voluntarily. The process is conducted independently and impartially by the third-party mediator.
